Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations and customizations, including data migrations, data quality management, third-party applications integration, and AppExchange products.
Develop, test, and support custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Web Services to meet business requirements.
Provide technical leadership, following best practices for integration, application development, deployment, and iterative refinement.
Collaborate closely with business teams to design and implement solutions that improve system performance, efficiency, and user experience.
Technical Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Salesforce development.
At least 3 years of experience working with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations (over 300 users) and enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.
Strong knowledge of core Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, and hands-on experience in custom app development on the Salesforce.com platform.
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning custom components, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and front-end development (UI/UX).
Experience with integration tools and technologies such as Informatica Cloud, MuleSoft, Boomi, and working with REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including integration with Salesforce CRM, and a deep understanding of designing and building campaigns.
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and SAFe. Strong experience in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, and ongoing support.
Familiarity with DevOps tools for continuous integration and release management such as Git, Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX, or AutoRabbit.
Strong English communication skills (B2-C1 level) are required.
Desired Skills:
Previous exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including campaign management, custom objects creation, and integration.
Hands-on experience designing and deploying email marketing, SMS campaigns, and using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
Strong experience in designing data models, working with Data Extensions, Attribute Groups, and Lists in Contact Builder.
